Join Massage Therapist Jonath Padilla and Yoga Teacher Niema Lightseed for a world-bridging experience that will deepen your understanding of alignment and energy.
Crafted for Yoga teachers and Bodyworkers but open to all, this in-depth workshop will increase your skills in giving alignment adjustments, body-opening assists, and tension-releasing massage in Yoga poses; tools that can make you a more refined practitioner, teacher, and/or therapist. You will also be pleasantly worked over, adjusted, and opened up in the process, learning more about your own body as well. Come with or without a partner. This educational and playful workshop will be a healing and inspiring treat for all.
