Whether you are new to Yoga or have been practicing for years, a one-on-one session is a great way to go deeper into your Yoga journey.

 

I offer kind, detailed and focused teaching, adapted to your needs and temperament. My private sessions include intuitive energy work and shamanic Savasanas.

My emphasis on proper alignment, breath awareness and juicy flow can help nearly anyone feel the heart of yoga.

A single class is a great way to go deeper, while a series of four classes can lay the foundation for  you to establish a lasting home practice.

 

I also offer Reiki Healing Treatments, and Multi-dimensional Therapeutic Treatment sessions that combine Asana, Intuitive Bodywork, and Reiki Energy healing.

 

I am happy to meet in your home or a beautiful private studio near the Presidio.

 

First time private class: Mention this site and receive a 90 minute Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow Yoga, Yoga to Free Your Voice, or Restorative Yoga class for just $133, Four class series $399. Reiki Energetic Healing Treatments and combined Therapeutic Sessions are a suggested donation of $101 per hour. Contact me for sliding scale and barter possibilities.
