We lie in very comfortable poses, where every joint is fully supported and every muscle allowed to relax. The room is quiet and dark. We focus on our breath, and the occasional guided meditation. Sometimes I chant softly while you rest.

The goal is to simply be in the present moment, allowing all of our attention to be in our breath as our bodies release tension, as our minds release gripping, as our spirits release fear.
