We are all singers. Weaving our reality through the power of our creative expression. We are all gifted with voices that need to be heard.
This class is a blend of Hatha Flow Yoga and Vocal technique, designed to gently release any inhibitions or blocks to complete freedom of expression. Appropriate for all levels, accessible to people who have never sung a note yet still helpful for professional singers; this is a joyful experience of empowerment, accessing and expressing your authentic self through movement and sound, and learning to be a YES!
